Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of HP Traders, including accounts, dashboards, deposits, withdrawals, trading, scanner tools, signals, analytics, and support features.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are legally allowed to use HP Traders in your jurisdiction. Do not use the platform if local law prohibits your access or trading activity.

You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it updated. HP Traders may request verification before allowing certain account, deposit, withdrawal, or trading actions.

You are responsible for your trading decisions, account activity, device security, internet connection, and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.

You must keep login credentials secure and must not share passwords, verification codes, tokens, or account access with any other person. Notify support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Deposits and withdrawals are subject to verification, processing rules, limits, fees, payment provider availability, compliance checks, and internal risk reviews. Processing times may vary.

Trading involves risk and you may lose money, including part or all of your deposited funds. Do not trade funds needed for essential expenses.

HP Traders does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, medical, or psychological advice. Platform content is informational only and does not guarantee profit.

Platform access may be interrupted by maintenance, outages, third-party service failures, internet issues, payment provider downtime, technical problems, or events outside HP Traders' control.

Market data, payments, communications, and other services may depend on third-party providers. Data may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or inaccurate.

AI scanner output, signals, indicators, charts, analytics, and historical performance are informational tools only. They are not financial advice and do not guarantee future performance.

Fees, spreads, exchange rates, network charges, payment provider charges, or other costs may apply where disclosed in the platform or by a third-party provider.

Bonuses or promotions, if offered, may be subject to separate eligibility rules, expiry dates, withdrawal limits, wagering requirements, or cancellation conditions.

You must not abuse, exploit, reverse-engineer, manipulate, attack, disrupt, overload, scrape, or misuse the platform or any connected service.

You must not use HP Traders for fraud, money laundering, identity abuse, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, unauthorized access, market manipulation, or illegal activity. HP Traders may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for suspicious activity, policy violations, fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or legal and compliance reasons.

Where applicable, HP Traders may require identity checks, source-of-funds information, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, or additional compliance review before enabling or processing account actions.

HP Traders, its software, designs, branding, platform content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to HP Traders. You receive only a limited right to use the platform as permitted by these terms.

HP Traders processes account, transaction, device, security, and compliance data to operate the platform, protect users, satisfy legal obligations, and support fraud prevention.

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, HP Traders is not liable for trading losses, market movement, user decisions, delayed data, device or internet issues, third-party provider failures, or force majeure events.

You agree to indemnify HP Traders against losses, claims, costs, or liabilities arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of the platform, unlawful activity, or violation of another person's rights.

HP Traders may update these terms from time to time. If updated terms require acceptance, you may need to accept the current version before continuing to use deposits, trading, or other account features.

You should stop using HP Traders if you do not agree with these terms. HP Traders may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where permitted by these terms, platform policy, or applicable law.

The contracting legal entity is HP Global Markets AS, registered in Norway (Reg. 998 765 432). Local branch and regulatory rules may also apply depending on your residence, onboarding entity, and payment or trading service used.

For account support, use the official support channel inside your HP Traders account dashboard. Do not share sensitive credentials or payment details through unofficial channels.
